Return & Exchange Policy – Zuno Foods
Your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
1. Return/Exchange Window:
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility Conditions:
· Item must be unused, pouch not opened, and in original condition
· All tags and packaging must be intact
· Must be returned in the same box it arrived in.
3. Not Eligible For Return/Exchange:
· Items purchased on sale or special discounts
· If the pouch is torn or damaged.
· Returns requested after 7 days
4. How to Request:
· Visit our Returns & Exchanges page
· Fill out the return request form
· Our team will arrange a reverse pickup
5. Refund Process:
· Prepaid Orders: Refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after quality check
· COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI
· You can also choose store credit for faster processing or future use
6. Exchanges:
Once we receive the returned item and it passes inspection, your replacement will be shipped within 2–3 working days
